Honestly can not fault the 3 lads who have been today to take down the trees in the garden, took away the the stuff and tidied their mess. Were greatful for a few drinks which I was glad they took! Having been unfortunate in the past of twice employing different tree surgeons, who I later learnt had overcharged and wanted cash in hand payments they didn't do a particular satisfactory job and one was certainly a poor timekeeper, yet their adverts were really good, with good reviews. I did not want to make it a hatrick and with the use of Ai Co Pilot it was amazing the information that came back. One which advertised locally with glossy adverts was in fact a company in another part of the country. Then by putting in the questions to Microsoft Copilot came back Ideal Tree Services Ltd. Halesowen. At last I found a reputable company and contacted Gavin. He Requested photos of the work that was to be carried out and gave a quote which was fair for the work to be done. A date was fixed, Gavin and his team turned up dead on time and wasted no time in getting on with the work to be done, checking with me  as they progressed if I was satisfied. I recently had several very large conifers cut back and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the first visit, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced in tree work; taking the time to explain the best approach and answer any questions. On the day, the team worked incredibly hard and efficiently, especially considering the size of the trees. They were friendly, polite, and respectful throughout, and the work was completed to a high standard. Everything was left tidy afterwards, with all debris cleared away.
